At the heart of Awesome Fitness is my belief that fitness is essential to your physical and mental health, and overall well-being. Exercise should be practical and accessible for your daily life, and something that you enjoy doing. An Awesome Fitness program is tailored specifically to you - you are 1 in 7 billion after all!
Through Awesome Fitness, my goal is to provide personalized programs that teach exercise fundamentals. You will learn all the tools you need to be healthy for life! What makes Awesome Fitness different is the fun and joy I bring to everything I do, and the time I will invest to ensure you are receiving the perfect fitness program. I take the time to get to know you and your lifestyle, so that you get the most out of each fitness session. I want you to feel great and enjoy your workout every time!

Services
Personal Training
Anyone seeking to improve their health and wellness can benefit from a personalized program and a dedicated instructor. If you are looking to gain muscle, boost your confidence and stamina, lose weight, energize yourself, help your body's systems run at their optimal health, improve athletic performance, then personal training is for you! The World Health Organization recommends one hour of moderate to vigorous exercise daily for youth, so this is a perfect tool to make sure your kids are moving and help your athletes grow stronger.
- Personal training is $360-$900 monthly depending on frequency of sessions
- Training sessions are booked Monday through Friday
- I travel to all of Sussex, Morris and Passaic counties as well as parts of Essex and Bergen counties in NJ, plus parts of Orange county NY. Please contact me for exact locations and for programs outside of these areas.
Group Classes
For group fitness, you must provide a host location. Programs can occur on a regular basis or be one time. This is a great option for families and friends who would like to exercise together! I am available for before/ during/ after school activities, athletic practices, race day events, friend and family gatherings, corporate activities, etc.
Public group classes I host will be posted in advance to my social media outlets, Instagram and Facebook.
